Satamahulinat festival in Helsinki on Aug 12

A free family event, Satamahulinat, will be held in Jätkäsaari on August 12.

The Port of Helsinki welcomes everyone to this outdoor event with fun attractions for all ages, said an official press release.

The event will feature interesting performances, fun things to do, nice opportunities to meet local operators and tasty street food.

The festival will begin at 3:00 pm at Länsisatamankatu 18 in Jätkäsaari and will continue till 8:00 pm.

The programmes include seminar, circus, band, children’s concert, horseback rides, glitter tattoos and other fun surprises for kids.

In addition to shipping companies, entrepreneurs operating in Jätkäsaari will also take part in the event with their own attractions.
