Former United States President Barack Obama is scheduled to visit Finland in September to take part in a business forum, reported national broadcaster Yle.

The two-time President of the USA will present a keynote paper in the upcoming Nordic Business Forum in Helsinki, said the report quoting the forum organisers.

The organisers told Yle that they are expecting about 7,500 people to attend the business forum this year.

"President Obama is one of the most significant leaders of our era," Ville Saarikalle, who is in charge of booking speakers for the event told Yle.

Saarikalle, however, declined to comment on the size of Obama's fee, said the Yle report.

Nordic Business Forum has become one of the important business conferences in the last nine years.

The events are known for a customer experience like no other, attention to detail, an impressive speaker lineup, top notch customer service, and bright-minded attendees.
