Attacker injures several with scissors in Rauma

A young man attacked several people with scissors in Rauma, on the Finnish west coast on Sunday.

He first attacked a man on a pier. After his next targets escaped into a building, the man broke a window and attacked three people inside.

The police disabled the attacker with a Taser. The motivation of the 19-year-old remained unclear.

The police said he is a local but did not specify his background. There were no serious injuries reported.
