Finland condemns Strasbourg attack

The Prime Minister, Juha Sipilä on Wednesday condemned the Tuesday´s terrorist attack in Strasbourg and expressed his profound shock.

Two people were killed and one left brain-dead in Tuesday's attack near a Christmas market in the French city of Strasbourg Tuesday evening.

According to sources from local authorities, the suspected gunman identified as 29-year-old and known to police for criminal activity.

“My deepest sympathies to the families and friends of the victims and condolences to the people of Strasbourg and France. We firmly condemn these cowardly acts,” said Sipilä in his Twitter on Wednesday morning.
