Busy week awaits Oulu Airport

Finavia, the company operating the airports in the country has requested all passengers to arrive at the airport in good time from Tuesday, 17 October to Sunday, 22 October.

A call has been made to passenger to also ensure they have enough time to drop off your luggage and go through security control, said an official press release.

On Tuesday, 17 October at 18:00-20:00 passengers on Wednesday morning flights can check in their baggage.

Passengers have also been advised to check Finavia's instructions to check what they can bring in their hand baggage, what can be put in the cargo hold and which items are not allowed to take on board at all.

Furthermore, passengers should remember to pack mobile phones and backup power sources for laptop computers such as power banks in hand baggage.

Passengers arriving at the airport by their own car are advised to acquaint themselves with parking areas and fees beforehand.
