Traffic cameras spot over-speeding Russians

Several Russian motorists have been caught speeding over the last few days.

The police have been able to nab the speeding motorists with the help of traffic cameras installed along the highways, reported the local media.

Head of police traffic centre Dennis Pasterstein told the news agency STT that about a hundred cases of over-speeding involving Russian motorists have been caught on cameras daily.

The police said most of the cases caught on cameras took place in eastern Finland and Lapland.
