Building costs rise by 0.3 % in November

Building costs rose by 0.3 percent in November 2019 from one year back, according to Statistics Finland

The prices of services rose by 1.2 percent and labour costs by 0.9 percent compared with November of the previous year.

The prices of materials fell by 0.4 percent from one year ago.

In November, the total index of building costs remained on level with October. The prices of materials rose by 0.1 percent.

The prices of labour inputs and services remained unchanged from the previous month.
