Year-on-year building costs reduce by 0.2% in September

Building costs fell by 0.2 per cent in September 2020 compared to the stipulated period of the previous year, according to Statistics Finland.

Labour costs went up by 0.8 per cent and the prices of services by 0.5 per cent.

The prices of materials fell by one per cent from one year back.

From August to September, the total index of building costs, however, grew by 0.4 per cent.

Labour costs went up by 1.1 per cent and the prices of services by 0.4 per cent.
