Building costs fall by 0.3% in October year-on-year

Building costs fell by 0.3 per cent in October 2020 from one year back, according to Statistics Finland.

Labour costs fell by 1.2 per cent. Prices of materials rose by 0.3 per cent and those of services by 0.1 per cent compared to one year earlier.

From September to October, the total index of building costs rose by 0.5 per cent.

Labour costs, prices of materials and services rose by 0.5 per cent from the previous month.
