Prices of old one-dwelling houses on rise

Prices of old one-dwelling houses rose by 2.2 per cent in the whole country in the second quarter of 2022 from the previous year, according to Statistics Finland.
Compared to the previous quarter, prices of old one-dwelling houses went up by 3.2 per cent.
Around 4,000 transactions in old one-dwelling houses were made from April to June, which is 22 per cent lower than the stipulated period of the previous year.
In April to June 2022, prices of old one-dwelling houses rose in the whole country by 3.2 per cent from the previous quarter.
In the second quarter of 2022, prices of old one-dwelling houses rose most in municipalities with 20,000 to 59,999 inhabitants, where prices went up by 4.2 per cent from the previous year.
