Current account sees €6.2b deficit in Q2

The current account was EUR 6.2 billion in deficit in the second quarter of 2022, according to Statistics Finland.

The balance of goods and services showed a deficit of EUR 2.6 billion. The primary income account was EUR 3.2 billion in deficit.

Net capital inflow to Finland from abroad amounted to EUR 7.4 billion. The net international investment position weakened compared to the previous quarter.
