House rents go up by 2.5% in Q3

The year-on-year increase in rents was 2.5 per cent during the third quarter of 2017, according to Statistics Finland.

The rents of non-subsidised rental dwellings went up by an average of 2.4 per cent in the whole country. In the Greater Helsinki Area the rents of non-subsidised rental dwellings went up by 2.3 per cent and in the rest of Finland by 2.4 per cent.
