Prices of house continue to drop in Q1

The value of renovated building made by building construction enterprises fell by 15.3 per cent in the first quarter of 2024 compared to one year ago, according to Statistics Finland.
The value of newbuilding fell by 21.3 per cent in the first quarter of 2024.
The value of renovated building decreased for the fourth quarter in a row.
The development has weakened in both renovation and newbuilding for two years already.
