Industrial Union warns of strike on Dec 10

The Industrial Union (Teollisuusliitto) on Thursday submitted a new strike warning to the Technology Industries Employers’ of Finland.
The strike warning submitted concerning site-specific work stoppages, which will be organised on December 10 demanding new collective agreement, said the union in a press release.
The strike warning concerns 32 companies and a total of 113 sites, employing a total of about 7,500 employees.
The collective agreement for the Technology Industries expires on 30 November 2024.
Workplace-specific work stoppages do not apply to emergency work or work that is essential to protecting life and health.
