House rents post 2.4% hike in Q3

House rents in the country in the July-September quarter rose by 2.4 per cent year on year, according to the Statistics Finland.
The rents of non-subsidised rental dwellings across the country went up by 2.3 per cent on an average.
In the Greater Helsinki Area, the rents of non-subsidised rental dwellings went up by 2.4 per cent and in the rest of the country by 2.3 per cent.
The rents of government-subsidised dwellings rose by 2.4 per cent for the whole country.
Compared to the previous quarter, the rents of both non-subsidised and government-subsidised dwellings rose by 0.5 per cent.
