Dec 9 deadline for sending Christmas card to Europe, outside Nov 27

The national postal and logistic services operator Posti has stipulated the deadline for sending Christmas greetings to Europe on December 9 while other countries outside of Europe on November 27.
Priority cards and letters to outside Europe should be sent by November 27, Economy cards and letters by November 20, said Posti in a press release on Monday.
Parcels and Priority cards and letters to Europe must be sent by December 9 while the deadline for sending economy cards and letters to Europe is December 2.
Parcels to the Nordic Region should be sent by December 13 while priority cards and letters to the Nordic Region should be sent by December 11 and economy cards and letters by December 4.
As an exception, parcels and Priority cards and letters to Denmark should be sent by December 4, while Economy cards and letters should be sent by November 27.
Parcels to the Baltic countries must be sent by December 16. Priority cards and letters to the Baltics must be sent by December 11, Economy cards and letters by December 4.
