Russia detains military officer for spying for Estonia

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) said Tuesday it has detained a Russian military officer and his brother on suspicion of passing state secrets to the Estonian special services, reported Xinhua.
Law enforcers detained the serviceman and his brother in the Russian cities of Smolensk and Pskov, the FSB said in a brief statement.
Under the Russian legislation, high treason can be punished by a prison term of 12 to 20 years with a fine of up to 500,000 rubles
