Three crew members were killed in a Mi-8 helicopter crash in Russia's Chelyabinsk region, reported Xinhua, quoting local media on Tuesday.
The aircraft crashed during a scheduled training flight, RIA reported, citing a source in emergency services.
According to preliminary information, the helicopter crash was caused by equipment failure.
