Nordic countries reaffirm support for Ukraine

The prime ministers of Iceland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden, along with the president of Ukraine, convened on Tuesday in Iceland, where they adopted a declaration at the conclusion of their meeting, reported Xinhua.

The declaration underscored the Nordic countries' ongoing support for Ukraine, particularly through collaboration with Ukraine's defense industry.

The statement noted that the Nordic countries have provided Ukraine with military, financial, and humanitarian assistance.

The 76th session of the Nordic Council is underway in Reykjavik, Iceland from Oct. 28 to Oct. 31.
