In western Ukraine, Russian cruise missiles struck energy infrastructure in the Ivano-Frankivsk region, causing power outages in parts of the area, according to the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration.
The central Dnipropetrovsk region also suffered a major assault on its energy infrastructure, Dnipropetrovsk Governor Serhiy Lysak said on Telegram, without providing further details.
