Teens charged with terrorism crimes to appear before London court

Two British teenagers were charged with terrorism offences on Friday night after being arrested in a pre-planned operation by counter-terrorism officers.
A third man, aged 21, has been released on police bail pending further enquiries by detectives.
Media in London reported that the people arrested Thursday were believed to have links to neo-Nazi group.
Counter Terrorism Policing North East, supported by officers from the Counter Terrorism network and Hampshire and Avon and Somerset police, issued a statement saying an 18-year-old man from Portsmouth has been charged with five offences of encouraging terrorism and a further three offences of disseminating terrorist publications.
A 17-year-old boy from London has been charged with five offences of encouraging terrorism.
They have been released on bail to appear before Westminster Magistrates in London on Wednesday, Dec. 12.
The 21-year-old man from the city of Bath in Somerset has been released on bail pending further enquiries. He was arrested on suspicion of possessing material useful to someone preparing an act of terrorism and conspiracy to inspire racial or religious hatred.
