5 teenage girls killed in fire in escape room in Poland

The fire broke out after 5 p.m. at a residential building in Koszalin, a city in the northwest of Poland. Escape Room game is highly popular among Polish teenagers.
According to authorities, five dead were found after firemen put out the blaze. The man who was seriously burned has been taken to a local hospital for treatment, and could not be immediately questioned by investigators.
"The victims of the tragedy are children, 15-year-old girls who were participating in the birthday party of one of them," Interior Minister Joachim Brudzinski told local media.
"A huge tragedy happened, (and) action is needed to be made to prevent further accident from happening, " Brudzinski said.
Koszalin Mayor Piotr Jedlinski announced that Sunday would be a day of mourning in the city.
