Pihlajamäki health centre remains closed due to water damage

Pihlajamäki Health Station and Pihlajamäki Maternity and Child Health Clinic remained closed due to water damage, said the City of Helsinki in a press release on Wednesday.

The hospital authority canceled all booked appointments at the health centre following the disruption caused by the water damage.

The authority will contact all clients who have booked appointments in this regard.

The telephone services of Pihlajamäki health station and maternity and child health clinic are operating normally.

Pihlajamäki Health Station's services have been moved to Jakomäki Health Station from July 17 to July 26.

The authority will inform later where Pihlajamäki Health Station's services will be located after 27 July.

The authority also canceled all appointments booked for July 17 and moved to other maternity and child health clinics in Helsinki.

Pihlajamäki maternity and child health clinic’s public health nurses will receive their patients at Oulunkylä maternity and child health clinic from July 18 to August 1.

The authority will inform later where the maternity and child health clinic’s services will be located after August 1.

Pihlajamäki Dental Clinic remained closed from 9 July to 2 August.

The authority will contact the patients who have booked an appointment at Pihlajamäki Dental Clinic for 5 August – 18 August.

Appointments booked for Pihlajanmäki laboratory also have been cancelled. Patients can book a new appointment with another laboratory.
