HUS ranks 43rd in Newsweek’s World’s Best Hospitals list

The HUS (Helsinki University Hospital) ranked 43rd among the best hospitals in the world as per the list of the US-based magazine Newsweek, said HUS in a press release on Monday.
HUS improved its standing compared to the previous year. The ranking is based on patient surveys and quality of care.
The list includes hospitals that provide effective and high-quality care and are recommended by both healthcare professionals and patients.
The ranking includes more than 2,400 hospitals from around the world.
Mayo Clinic in Rochester of the United States ranked top in the list followed by Cleveland (US), Toronto General - University Health Network (Canada), The Johns Hopkins Hospital (US) and Karolinska Universitetssjukhuset(Sweden).
