2 schools in Pori, Ulvila come under anonymous threats

The police will on Monday ensure security at Länsi-Pori (West Pori) school and Middle school in Ulvila which were subject of anonymous threats, said the police.

The Southwest Finland police said that over the weekend they had made significant progress in their investigation on the threat which was made on Thursday on Länsi-Pori (West Pori) school.

However, it was previously reported that there was no concrete threat posed.

Still the police will maintain presence at Länsi-Pori (Middle School) and Middle school in Ulvila which was threatened on Friday.

Previously threats were made against Iso Omena shopping centre in in Espoo and another shopping centre in Oulu.

The threats were made anonymously on Tor-website in which verifying the sender of a threat is difficult.
