The members of the gang were also found to sell the fake documents online and social media sites.
At least three people, including a Finnish woman and two men from Cameroon are involved in the racket.
One of the men lives in Finland and the other in Cameroon, while the Finnish woman helped them transfer money earned from selling the counterfeit documents, the Border Guard suspect.
The main suspect is involved in at least 12 cases related to selling counterfeit documents. The data and photos of four fake documents were found in his phone, said the Border Guard.
