A helicopter from a Canadian frigate is suspected of having violated Finland's airspace on Monday afternoon, Finnish Defence Ministry sources said.
The helicopter reportedly violated the airspace at about 3:50 pm south of the island Utö in the Archipelago Sea, said an official press release.
The Finnish Border Guard is investigating into the matter as a suspected territorial violation.
Earlier, at the beginning of August, two Spanish F18 fighters allegedly violated Finnish air space.
