All 4 suspects in woman death at shopping centre quizzed

The police during the weekend interrogated all the four security guards, suspects of the alleged murder of a woman at Iso Omena shopping centre in Espoo on Saturday afternoon.

Earlier, members of the law enforcing agency arrested two of the security guards on Saturday evening immediately after the suspected murder and released them on Sunday evening after interrogation, said police in a press release on Monday.

Later they interrogated the rest two security guards involved in the incident.

The police also interviewed several eyewitnesses went through the videos taken by the witnesses and the surveillance cameras of the shopping centre.

After the preliminary investigation, the police said that before the death the 35 years old victim did not buy anything from any store and no store in the shopping centre has any link to the incident.

The security guards rushed to the scene as another customer at the shopping centre asked them to go there and they applied force on the woman during the incident lasted for about 10 minutes, said police.

The police are still asking more information from the witnesses and will disclose detail in this regard after getting the forensic report.

Earlier, on Saturday the woman died when security guards of the Iso Omena shopping centre were arresting her inside the shopping centre.

The police are investigating into the death as suspected murder.
