Police quiz man, who told security guards about Espoo mall victim

Police interrogated the man, who asked the security guards to rush to the spot where a woman died while capturing by the guards at the Iso Omena shopping centre in Espoo on January 7, said police in a press release on Thursday.

Police also said that the man will be interrogated again, although they did not divulge any finding from the first interrogation as it still remains incomplete.

Police also reviewed the CCTV footage of the market and the videos collected from the eyewitnesses and investigating into the death as suspected murder.

Members of the law enforcing are trying to find out the situation before applying force by the security guards on the woman.

Earlier on January 7, the woman died when security guards of the Iso Omena shopping centre were arresting her inside the shopping centre.

The police are investigating into the death as suspected murder.

The police on January 8 and 9 interrogated all the four security guards, suspects of the alleged murder of a woman.

On January 11, Police said that suffocation was not the cause of death of the woman.
