1 burnt to death in Mustasaari housefire

One person was burnt to death in a fire broke out in a detached house at Mustasaari, a municipality in Ostrobothnia region on Thursday morning, police said.

Responding to an alarm early in the morning, Rescue Services personnel and police rushed to the spot but the house was already burnt by this time.

One person, resident of the house died in the fire and rescue service people recovered the body from the debris.

The police, however, did not divulge the identity of the deceased.

The reason behind the fire could not be known but police did not suspect any link of crime to the incident.

Police and rescue service people are investigating into the incident to find out the origin of the fire.
