1 burnt to death in Turku house fire

One person was found dead on Sunday morning following a house fire in Turku, reported Finnish language daily Turun Sanomat.
The rescue service arrived at the house located in the Katariina neighbourhood at around 9 am. A number of rescue units were dispatched to the scene on Sunday.
According to the chief fire fighter on duty, a small fire had broken out in the two-storey house, which later spread out.
The rescue service contained the fire quickly. The cause of the fire is still unclear.
The identity of the victim had not been revealed on Sunday because the relatives could not yet been reached.
