Finnish passport places 2nd in World Passport Power Ranking

Finnish passport was ranked second together with South Korea and Sweden in the list of the most powerful travel documents in the world, according to a Statistics released by a London based consultancy company Henley & Partners.

Finnish passport allowed visa-free entry to 193 countries out of 227 travel destinations in the world.

France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Singapore and Spain jointly ranked top in the list with their citizens able to visit 194 travel destinations visa-free, said the Statistics, which is based on exclusive and official data from the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Afghanistan remained at the bottom of the Index, with a visa-free access to 28 destinations, followed by Syria, Iraq, Pakistan, Yemen and Somalia with visa-free entry to 29, 31, 34, 35 and 36 destinations respectively.
