President, PM congratulate Indian PM for re-election

President Alexander Stubb and Prime Minister Petteri Orpo on Sunday congratulated Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his re-election.

President of the Republic of Finland Alexander Stubb has sent a letter to Narendra modi, congratulating him on his re-election as Prime Minister of India,” wrote the President Office in a post in social media platform X on Sunday.

“Warmest congratulations to Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi for your third consecutive term as Prime Minister, and the formation of a new Government. Looking forward to continue expanding our relations and work together for the common good and the well-being of our peoples,” Orpo wrote in his social media platform X.

Narendra Modi took oath as India's prime minister for the third consecutive five-year term in New Delhi on Sunday.
