Finnish woman missing from Dubai found

The Finnish woman who had reportedly been missing from Dubai for the last weeks has been found, said a press release issued by the police.

The National Bureau of Investigation said the Finnish authorities had received confirmation of the matter on Thursday afternoon.

The authorities have been in contact with the person concerned who has also been in touch with her family members.

The Ministry for Foreign Affairs and the police have been working together in the investigation into the matter. They have also received assistance from their international cooperation channels.

The victim, a 42-year-old woman named Tiina Jauhiainen, hailed from Iisalmi, a town of northern Savonia in Finland.

Jauhiainen has been living in Dubai of the United Arab Emirates since 2001, working for real estate and fitness industries.
