Larceny in broad daylight at Oulu pharmacy

A man robbed a pharmacy of medicines at Kaukovainio in Oulu in broad daylight on Monday, the police said.

The larceny took place at about 10.30am when a man entered the pharmacy and took some medicines. At one point, he bolted out of the shop and fled quickly by a bicycle.

The police said they received an alarm from the shop at 10.51am and rushed to the spot, but the robber had already vanished.

Quoting the shopkeepers, the police said the suspect was wearing a light blond trousers and a light colour jacket.

The police are searching for the suspect but had not been able to trace him till Monday afternoon.
