The Constitutional Law Committee is likely to issue statements on the Social and Health Care Reforms (Sote) on Tuesday, reported national broadcaster Yle.
The chair of the Committee Krista Kiuru told news agency STT that she recommends issuing of the statements on Tuesday morning.
Kiuru described the Committee’s position as open, and therefore she believes that the statements will be made public immediately after the meeting ends.
Kiuru pointed out that the government itself failed to correct constitutional problems in its own reforms. Kiuru said that there was no longer any need to prove that the Sote-reform failed in its own impossibility.
The Committee's document will be made public once the Committee proceedings are closed. According to Kiuru, the documents will also be made public at the end of the session.
Finnish Prime Minister Juha Sipilä submitted early Friday the resignation of his government to Finnish President Sauli Niinistö, who accepted it and demanded the ministers to continue to fulfil their duties as "care takers".
Media reports attributed the resignation mainly to the virtual failure of a major governmental plan to reform the country's health care system.
