Tigers leave for Sri Lanka

Bangladesh national cricket team led by Mushfiqur Rahim left Sri Lanka today (Monday) to play a full series against their Sri Lankan counterpart starting next month. Tigers departed from Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 2pm on a flight to Colombo, reports BSS.

Bangladesh will begins their Sri Lankan campaign with a two-day warm-up match to be held Match 2-3 at Moratuwa followed by two Tests. The first Test will be held on March 7-11 in Galle while the second Test is slated on March 15- 19 at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo. There are also three ODIs, the first two are to be played in Dambulla on March 25 and 28 while the third and final ODI will be held on April 1 Sinhalese Sports Club ground. After the ODI series, the two sides will play two T20is to be played at Premadasa Stadium on April 4 and 6 .
