Gareth Bale's agent has ruled out the possibility of the Welsh international leaving Real Madrid this summer, saying that there is no chance of him accepting a loan deal.

The Welsh international has fallen out of favor with Real Madrid and has a poor relationship with coach Zinedine Zidane, who left him on the sidelines for the last games of last season.

Real Madrid have already spent over 300 million euros (around 335 million US dollars) this summer on five signings (including Eden Hazard and Luka Jovic) and with further arrivals likely, they need to sell in order to avoid any possible complications over financial fair play regulations.

Real Madrid are thought to be asking for around 100 million euros for the winger, who will be 30-years old in July, but given Bale's age and his injury record, nobody seems to be willing to meet their valuation.

Bale's "galactico" level wages are also a problem for any possible buyers.

According to his agent Jonathan Barnett, the forward isn't going to make things easy for Real Madrid.

Last week Bayern Munich were mooted as a possible destination in a loan deal, but speaking to Sky Sports, Barnett ruled that option out.

"There's more chance of me winning at Ascot," he said in reference to the world famous horse racing event.

"A loan move is not going to happen," he added.

Barnett said Bale had "a lovely life and home in Spain. I think it would take something exceptional for him to leave and loans are not on the menu."

Manchester United are also a possible destination for the Welshman, but Barnett was not optimistic about a return to the Premier League either.

"He could fit in there. I think he could do very well - he is still one of the best players in the world," he concluded.
