Finland qualify for European Championship 2020

Finnish national football team qualified for the European Championship 2020 after they beat Liechtenstein by three goals to nil at Helsinki stadium late Friday night.

Through this winning the Finns created a history as they qualified for the final round its first-ever major tournament.

Jasse Tuominen took lead for Finland when he scored at the 21 minutes of the match.

Tuominen created another chance for goal at 47 minutes but Liechtenstein escaped narrowly as the ball hit the bar post.

Teemu Pukki scored second goal for the country at 64th minutes in a penalty strengthening the possibility for the Finns to reach to the final round of the biggest tournament of European football.

Pukki ensured the victory when he scored again his second goal and third goal for Finland at 75th minute.

With these two, Pukki scored nine goals in the qualifying round for the Euro 2020.
