Norway's Jarl Magnus Riiber won the Nordic combined World Cup Individual Gundersen race in Lillehammer, Norway on Sunday, reported Xinhua.

After the team victory on Saturday, Riiber was aiming for another top result in the individual event. The World Cup leader jumped the furthest distance with 143 meters and collected 149.6 points in the ski-jumping, 29 seconds ahead of Austria's Johannes Lamparter, who had jumped 140 meters for 142.3 points.

Riiber kept his lead until the end of the 10km cross-country race. Lamparter reached the finish line only 13.5 seconds behind the Norwegian. German's Eric Frenzel was third.

Riiber defended his overall World Cup lead and yellow bib. Ilkka Herola from Finland had the fastest skiing time of the day and will keep the red bib as the best skier. Austria's Mario Seidl keeps the blue bib as the best jumper.
