Niskanen, Pärmäkoski win silver, bronze in 10km Classic in Beijing

Finnish skiers Kerttu Niskanen and Krista Pärmäkoski won silver and bronze medals respectively in the women's 10km classic of cross-country skiing at Beijing 2022 on Thursday.
Norwegian Therese Johaug won the gold medal in the event.
Johaug won the race in 28:06:3, finishing 0.4 seconds ahead of Niskanen. Pärmäkoski was 31.5 seconds behind Johaug.
With these two, Finland won total three medals- one silver and two bronzes- in Beijing Olympics so far.
Earlier, on Sunday, Iivo Niskanen brought first medal for Finland in the Beijing Winter Olympics after he won in the 15km + 15km Skiathlon.
