Real Madrid will travel to Las Palmas for their third La Liga game of the season on Thursday, with Kylian Mbappe looking for his first league goal since arriving from Paris Saint-Germain, reported Xinhua.

The French striker failed to find the back of the net in his side's 3-0 win at home against Valladolid on Sunday, despite having three good chances, and it was new arrival Endrick, who took the headlines with a 96th-minute goal to finish off a game that was harder for Madrid than the final score implies.

Madrid still look slightly unbalanced, with problems in transition between defense and midfield, with Toni Kroos retiring and Eduardo Camavinga and Jude Bellingham injured.

Camavinga will be out for around a month with a knee injury, while Bellingham has a muscle problem that will sideline him for about the same period.

Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti gave Arda Guler the chance to replace Bellingham at the weekend, but a busy fixture schedule could see him carry out squad rotations, with Brahim Diaz starting after scoring and impressing against Valladolid.

Lucas Vazquez is likely to play at right back for veteran Dani Carvajal, while Ferland Mendy is back for Fran Garcia after suspension.

Meanwhile, the attacking trio of Vinicius Jr, Rodrygo and Mbappe appears to be non-negotiable.

Las Palmas has had a slow start to the season, kicking off with a 2-2 draw at home with Sevilla and losing to recently promoted Leganes on the weekend as they adjust to life under new coach Luis Carrion.

Thursday's other game sees Girona make its home debut this season and there is a bit of pressure on Michel Sanchez's side to perform after their 3-0 defeat away to Atletico Madrid on Sunday.

Girona will entertain a solid Osasuna and Michel needs to see new signings Bryan Gil, Abel Ruiz and Ladislav Krejci start to show more threat in attack if they are to go close to repeating last season's third place finish.
