Helsinki Airport ranks world´s 5th best airport for business travellers

Business travellers have chosen Helsinki Airport as the best airport in Europe and fifth best airport in the world, according to passenger reviews collected by the international air passenger review and research company Skytrax.

Noi Bai International Airport in Vietnam ranked the best in the reviews, followed by Changi Airport in Singapore, Hong Kong International Airport in China, and Hamad International Airport in Qatar, said Finavia in a press release on Wednesday citing the reviews published by BusinessFinancing.co.uk in February.

“We work every day to improve the customer experience and actively survey the needs of business travellers to make their experience at the airport as smooth as possible. According to surveys, business travellers appreciate the renovated terminal and the efficient check-in and security control processes. In addition, the smooth navigation through the gate area and the professionalism of our staff are something that business travellers appreciate,” said Ulla Serlenius, Executive Director of Finavia at Helsinki Airport.

Helsinki Airport was selected as the best airport in Northern Europe in 2018, 2020 and 2022) and the best airport in Europe in its size category in 2018, 2019 and 2022.
