Massive snowfall in East, West, Central Finland forecast

The Finnish Meteorological Institute (FMI) on Sunday forecast snowfall at different parts of the country from late Sunday night to Tuesday.

The snowfall likely to start in the West Finland late Sunday night and continue to Central and East parts on Monday and Tuesday, said FMI in a bulletin.

The Met office also forecast heavy snowfall at some places, particularly in the Western, Central and Eastern parts of the country which may worsen driving condition on the roads and highways on Monday.

The temperature will also fall in the Southern and Northern parts of the country and the FMI forecast the possibility of raining there.
