At least 13 Palestinians were killed and dozens of others wounded in an Israeli bombing on two houses in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, reported Xinhua, quoting Palestinian sources on Friday.

The Israeli bombing destroyed the two homes and caused significant damage to the surrounding homes, eyewitnesses reported.

The bombing killed 13 people, including women and children, and injured dozens of others with varying injuries, medical sources told Xinhua.

The Israeli army has not commented on the incident yet.

Israel launched a large-scale offensive against Hamas in the Gaza Strip to retaliate against a Hamas rampage through the southern Israeli border on Oct. 7, 2023, during which about 1,200 people were killed and around 250 were taken hostage.
