U.S. pauses all military aid to Ukraine

The administration of U.S. President Donald Trump on Monday paused all military aid to Ukraine, local media reported.

Trump is ordering military aid to Ukraine to be paused after his Friday Oval Office argument with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, a White House official told CNN Monday.

“The president has been clear that he is focused on peace. We need our partners to be committed to that goal as well. We are pausing and reviewing our aid to ensure that it is contributing to a solution,” said the CNN report, quoting the White House official as saying.

Another official said the pause will apply to all military equipment not yet inside Ukraine, the CNN report added.
